Artisan Center Theater Presents
RED RIDING HOOD AND THE BIG WHITE LIE
By Bill Fountain and directed by Tania Mayes

Runs July 16 through August 3, 2007

ABOUT THE PLAY:
It all began when Granny got a new, “interesting” hair do and asked Red Riding Hood, “Isn’t it beautiful?” Red didn’t want to hurt Granny’s feelings so she told her it was “beautiful”. That is when the Big White Lies were freed up to start trouble. Will Red Riding Hood, Granny, and the Big Bad Wolf (who isn’t so bad anymore) be able to get rid of the terrible, trouble causing White Lies before they destroy Fairy Tale Town?

RED RIDING HOOD AND THE BIG WHITE LIE is part of Artie’s Playhouse, interactive theater for children of all ages, 2-92. Through fun dialog, song, and dance, each play in the series features different character values essential to successful living.

RED RIDING HOOD will be interpreted for the deaf and hard of hearing by Tarrant County College Practicum students Jodi Scribner and Rachel Key on Monday July 23, 2007 at 4:30pm.
