In today’s society we are starting to hear the word “chakra” in
mainstream media. But, what is a Chakra? Some may say “energy
centers” or “wheels”, but where do they exist? And what do they do
for us?
This intensive is designed to illuminate our beautiful energetic
system and answer such questions. You will learn about the basic
foundation of this system (ida, pingala, sushumna nadis) as well as
the properties for each of your seven consciousness centers.
Also, you will explore your own chakras through creative expression,
discussion, visual explanations and self-analysis. This insightful
day is designed for you to remember your highest potential and then,
learn techniques on how to embody the very essence of your being,
which in yoga is called Satchidananda… which means existence,
knowledge and bliss absolute.
The Chakra Intensive is offered to the Deaf, hard of hearing and
hearing communities as it will be interpreted by very skilled
interpreters. It is offered by donation only.
