Greetings,
The thirteenth biennial Texas Statewide Conference on Education of
the Deaf or Hard of Hearing invites proposals for papers that address
a wide variety of issues in the education of students who are deaf or
hard of hearing. Presentations reflecting the conference theme,
Student Success: Achieving New Heights , will be considered for
concurrent sessions.
I am the strand chair for Deaf Culture/Deaf Studies and I am seeking
for the potential speakers who may want to present about Deaf Studies
or Deaf Culture or related to deaf issues.
The Statewide Conference of Education for the Deaf which will be held
at Moody Gardens, Galveston, Texas on July 22-24, 2008.
