Wellness at TSD in Austin
I am Ashley Ortego, and I work in the HR department at TSD. One of my
responsibilities is the Staff Wellness Plan. We just completed our
first series of Weight Watchers At Work held on the TSD campus
Mondays 3:45-4:30. We would like to continue the program at TSD, but
we need more people to constitute a group.
So, we would like to let you know that YOU’RE INVITED (your neighbor,
your grandma, your uncle, whomever) to join us for Weight Watchers at
TSD. We’ll take care of the interpreters, you take care of yourself.

Additionally, we would like to invite you to Yoga in ASL at TSD
Wednesdays 4:15-5:15 starting February 13th.
There is also the Austin Marathon that we’ve all been tracking our
mileage for and the TSD Triathlon coming up April 27th!
There are several other wellness activities on campus, and we’d love
for you to be a part of them! You can add the “TSD Wellness” Google
Calendar to your own or just email me to stay connected.
