BRIAN DETERMAN

THEY ARE DEAFNESS RESOURCE SPECIALIST WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
ASSISTIVE AND REHABILILIATION SERVICES (DARS), DIVISION FOR THE DEAF
AND HARD OF HEARING.
