2008 IPLA Conference: Taking Charge of Your Destiny: Today & Tomorrow

Have you researched on our candidates for presidency this upcoming
election? Are you absolutely certain that you understand the political

to attend the 2008 Institute Political Leadership Access Conference!

The Institute of Political Leadership and Access, Inc. (IPLA) is a
multi-partisan, nonprofit, educational program designed to bring
people who are deaf and hard of hearing together with other people
with disabilities to enhance their political organizing and activism
skills to enter politics as candidates, campaign advisers, or other
roles in public policy.

Please save the date and plan on attending the 2008 IPLA Conference
taking place on September 11-13, 2008. This will include orientation
to the people with disabilities on the dynamics and infrastructure of
the political process at national, state and local levels. This
conference may inspire you to run for an office position or simply
participating in a political campaign involving disability issues.
