Lorena Mary Blomdahl
LORENA MARY BLOMDAHL, 90, born May 9, 1918 to Dewey and Mary Page,
passed away August 28, 2008. Lorena was active in the Houston
Association of the Deaf, National Fraternal Society of the Deaf and
had been an officer in the Houston Deaf Senior Citizen’s group.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Berndt Blomdahl
and is survived by her daughter, Letha Kelly Guy and husband, Jim of
Lago Vista, Texas; granddaughter, Kim Everett and husband, Mike;
great-granddaughter, Brooke Everett and extended family including
numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10:00
A.M. Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at Austin Memorial Park in Austin,
Texas. The service will be conducted by Pastor Mark Seeger of Jesus
Lutheran Church of the Deaf.
