SWCID REUNION 2010 UPDATED #2
GOOD NEWS to tell you about SWCID. We received great news from the
provost of SWCID that he has approved and that we can use SWCID
Building on SWCID Reunion July 2010.
Remember anyone can come. Everyone is welcome to come and join to
have fun. There is no limit, you can bring your friends, your family
and your relatives or anyone.
Also we will have a meeting with SWCID staff about SWCID Reunion 2010
to discuss about it. We will annouce it in the next newsletter about
what was discussed and what has been planned. Thank you for your
patience.
We still need your help with SWCID Logo for polo shirt and yearbook.
The gifts are not cheap. It will be expensive. That’s why we can’t
tell you what the surprise gift will be for the winners.
If you want to send us the old past SWCID pictures, please send to
either Lisa Wynn, P.O. Box 2002, Sherman, Texas 75091 or Christine
Kamal, 14250 Kimberley Lane # 308, Houston, Texas 77079. We will take
care of your pictures and work on the Yearbook.
We need your help. What do you want to see for the WISH LIST? We will
plan to sell raffle tickets. Wish List means what do you want to have
like laptop, computer, cameras, dvd movies, Wii games, and what else
do you really want. Before July 2010 we can buy the items so we can
sell the raffle ticket for your good luck drawings.
Remember we will also sell door prize ticket drawings. Door prizes
are different from raffle tickets. Door prizes will have Wal-Mart gift
card, Target gift card, Sam’s club gift card and many more.
We will try our best that we want to have SWCID Reunion 2010 look
good and do best. We want to have a successful reunion for SWCID.
We are trying to catch up or contact the old students and
staff/faculty because some of them did not know about deaf network.
They live out of states. We try to catch them all of them from 1980 to
present. We have posted newsletters and flyers at different websites.
For example we will announce on deaf newspaper, deaf news, and many
websites.
We want everyone to come and remember everyone is welcome to come.
There is no limit.
Please we need your help for feedback, suggestion or else. We want to
thank everyone who has responded to us on our email and we really
appreciate it.

and again until our SWCID Reunion 2010.
