The new department chair is Rhonda McKinzie, MS,LPC, a BEI Level
III/Court certified interpreter with over 30 years of experience in
the field. She holds a BS Degree in Deaf Education from TWU and MS
Degree in Counseling from TX A & M, Corpus Christi. Contact her for
