*Deaf Action Center* is delighted to announce
we will be hosting our 11th Girls’ Summit on
Wednesday, May 13, 2009. All North Texas 7th – 12th grade
deaf and hard of hearing girls are invited to attend.
In keeping with school, graduation and choosing a
career, this year’s theme is *Make Your Own Magic!*
In an extraordinary presentation by remarkable
deaf performer, Trix Bruce, the girls will be encouraged to
consider their talents, the activities they enjoy and
the skills they do best before choosing a career.
Trix will captivate them with her *“Can Do It” Attitude*,
and convince every girl in attendance that she too can
/make her own magic!/
