Deaf Professionals Speak Out
Can Deaf People… Drive a car? Fly an airplane? Earn a doctoral degree? Become a doctor? Deaf people have done all of the above and MUCH more!
Long Duong, Brian Kilpatrick, Poorna Kushalnagar, Jonathan Leach and Toby Welch will recount challenges experienced in pursuing their academic careers and will inspire the audience in “Breaking Boundaries” to achieve their dreams.
Free to students and the community.
This event has been approved to offer .2 BEI and RID CEUs. TSID is an Approved RID CMP Sponsor for Continuing Education Activities. This General Studies program is offered for .2 CEUs at the Little/None Knowledge Level.
