GREASE, THE MUSICAL, PRESENTED BY DEAF AUSTIN CHILDREN’S THEATRE
AND THE TEXAS SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF
Austin, Texas – Deaf Austin Children’s Theatre (DeafACT) has
teamed with the Texas School for the Deaf (TSD) to present a live
production of GREASE, the musical. Public performances will be held at
7:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 3rd and 4th, at the R.L. Davis
Auditorium on TSD’s campus at 1102 South Congress Avenue. Tickets
are $5.00 for students, and $8.00 for adults.

(TSD) and Deaf Austin Children’s Theatre (DeafACT).

MORE: DeafACT’s/TSD’s performance of GREASE is co-directed by
Russell Harvard and Don Miller. Harvard is a TSD graduate and
television/film actor. Miller is a professor at Austin Community
College (ACC) and has been involved in various community theater
productions as actor/director. All cast and crew roles are played by
deaf or hard of hearing individuals – both from the Texas School for
the Deaf and the local community.
