Crepe Crazy, the first deaf-owned crepe establishment, has the
pleasure to announce its launching in the heart of Austin, Texas. The
business will be conducted out of a catering van and conveniently
located downtown next to Shiner’s Saloon Bar at intersection of 422
Congress and 5th Street. The grand opening date is on May 18, 2009.

The operating hours of Crepe Crazy’s are from the morning to late
afternoon Monday through Friday and even on Friday and Saturday at
night. The menu offers either sweet crepes filled with an assortment
of fresh fruits and sauces, or savory crepes filled with a variety of
ingredients, such as chicken, ham, bacon, and sausages. And the prices
of crepes range from $3.50 to $6.00.

Crepe Crazy stresses on offering quality and value for its authentic
crepes along with impeccable services. Each crepe is hand made in
front of the customer on iron crepe griddles. The crepe recipe is
filled with history from our ethnic European heritage. Time-honored
family recipes have been

passed down through the generations. It is Crepe Crazy’s hopes to
make your first visit an unforgettable one.
