event this month.

“LEARN ABOUT DIABETES”
will be spoken by Denise Anderson, RD, CDE

Wednesday, September 23, 2009

Arlington Public Library
(George W. Hawkes Central Library)
101 East Abram Street, Arlington, Texas

9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

You will be encouraged to attend this important meeting to learn how to take
care of your diabetes. And also, you can ask important questions about your
health in order to prevent diabetes. The presentation will start at 10 a.m.

A sign language interpreter will be provided.

When the presentation is over, there will be a great deaf joker on the ASL
earth, telling us about the comparision between old times and today.

Thereafter, everyone can enjoy socializing with each other or playing your
favorite game until the end of hours.

You will need to bring a brown bag for your lunch time.

Please share your buddy system telling the other deaf and hard of hearing
people about this important event on this coming Wednesday, Sept. 23rd,
especially for those who are having diabetes.
