CITY OF FORT WORTH POLICE DIVERSITY FORUM – THE PUBLIC IS INVITED!

Fort Worth Police Department to Host Diversity Forum – March 11, 2010

In an effort to increase minority recruiting, improve services and bolster
professionalism among its ranks, the City of Fort Worth Police Department
will host a diversity forum from 7-9 p.m. March 11, 2010. Police Chief Jeff
Halstead will be on hand for the question-and-answer session and the public
is invited. The event will be held in the Energy Auditorium on the fourth
floor of the Trinity Building at Tarrant County College’s Trinity River
Campus, 300 Trinity Campus Circle.

The Trinity Building at Tarrant County College Trinity River is wheelchair
accessible. For special accommodations, sign interpretive services, readers,
large print, or Spanish translation, call the Fort Worth Police Department
at 817-392-4210 or 817-999-0782, at 48 hours prior to the meeting so that
appropriate arrangements can be made. If the City does not receive
notification at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, the City will make a
reasonable attempt to provide the necessary accommodations.
