County Health Department will be providing Flu shots to everyone in our
community.
Cost: Flu Shot (Check or cash) $20
Insurance: CHIPS, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Gold Plus Plans, Humana, Tri
Care, Secure Horizons, Physicians Choice, and Federal Employee (Caremark)
will be accepted.
You MUST bring your insurance card(s) and your I.D.
