Introduction: Texas Association of the Deaf (TAD) is now experimenting with
an occasional mini-electronic newsletter with photos and captions to keep in
touch with members and interested parties. Meanwhile, our members will
receive The Deaf Texan, which continues as an award-winning magazine-quality
publication.
