The Vagina Monologues show – ASL Version – Austin
We are very pleased to announce we will be hosting the Vagina
Monologues show in ASL for the Deaf community this year!!
For those who don’t know what Vagina Monologues show is, it is a show
with an AMAZING group of women who share stories about vagina/woman
issues written by Eve Ensler with V-Day organization
(http://www.vday.org). It is a very entertaining and powerful show,
the proceeds from the shows will be donated to V-Day, SafePlace – Deaf
Services Program, and Deaf Women United – Texas.
The show will be held on:
Thursday, February 2nd, 2012, 7-9 PM
and
Friday, February 3rd, 2012, 7-9 PM
Doors will open at 6:30 PM. We encourage you to arrive early to secure
tickets and good seats!
Tickets cost 10 dollars per person.
