We will have AHA (American Heart Association) speaker to come out and
give us information about heart disease… And then after an hour of
presentation…
It will be at Deaf Action Center (DAC)
We will have a fun workout as ZUMBA and everybody to come and have fun,
wearing RED if you can. Wear tennis shoes and bring a towel..
We will provide food and prizes… The cost is $5 Dollars…
Just come and HAVE FUN! It will be a fun and work out event.
