JEAN MASSIEU ACADEMY SEEKING A SUPERINTENDENT / PRINCIPAL – DFW

Jean Massieu Academy is seeking a superintendent / principal to join
their dynamic team in a public charter school setting.

The goal of Jean Massieu Academy is to promote educational excellence
for children from early childhood through Grade 12 using innovative
teaching models. The academy was originally founded to serve deaf
students throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth (Texas) metroplex. As an
open-enrollment charter school, JMA now serves over 175 students,
approximately 5% of which are deaf or hard of hearing. English is the
primary language of instruction with American Sign Language provided
for the deaf population and as second language acquisition for hearing
students. JMA is proud to provide small class sizes, highly qualified
teachers, and individualized education through bilingual / bicultural
communication.
