Fully accessible, these “turn-key” curricula offer a FREE and easy way for organizations to demonstrate a commitment to a disability-friendly workplace and diligence in ensuring all employees understand their responsibilities in fulfilling that commitment.
Topics for the first two modules in the series include:
Interactive Process — This 23-minute module provides a sample step-by-step process that employers can use in their own workplaces to help them successfully accommodate applicants or employees.
Understanding and Applying the ADAAA and Its Regulations — This 43-minute training module provides information on the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA) and uses real-life examples from JAN’s case study library.
Each module has accompanying materials and can be viewed by employees individually at their computers or incorporated into larger training programs on a range of hiring and management issues.
