Looking for ONE NEW roommate to share a HOUSE with me and my another
female roommate!
About the house: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, car garage, kitchen/dining
room and porch.
About me: I’m in forties, laid back, a full-time employee at TSD and an
independent person. Looking for someone similar too, hopefully a
mature person who has a stable job and car, responsible, laid back,
respectful, etc.
Rent- $400 included utilities
High speed internet and cable available
Full house privileges (washer & dryer, kitchen, etc)
Within 10 miles, about 15 minute drive to Austin… About 10 minute or
less drive to Austin Community College at Riverside campus.
Walking distance to major line.
Must be cat friendly, I have two beautiful cats.
Easy access (within 1 mile) to tolls 45, 130, 183, and 71.
