Below is the information to register for a free webinar.
The BEI Test: What is the Test Testing?
What does the BEI test measure, and what type of scoring system is used? Objective scoring is used but how does adaptability, pronunciation and fluency, and delivery come into the scoring process? While the cut-off number for objective unit errors is exact, a range of unit errors is established for the subjective score. This webinar will provide participants an overview of the BEI testing process. The format of the written Test of English Proficiency, as well as the format of the Performance Test, will be discussed. In addition, the rating process will be explained, and examples of scoring determinants will be reviewed. This 3.5 hour session will have a 30 minute break. BEI CEUs approved.
