Scheduler- Interpreting Services (San Antonio)
San Antonio Interpreters are looking to hire a full-time scheduler to work Monday – Friday.
Duties:
• Receive and process requests from clients via phone, fax, and online
• Contact and assign interpreters to future appointments
• Work closely with client staff for confirmation, changes, and cancellations
• Confirm with interpreters a day before the appointment
• Maintain accurate record of requests and cancellations in the central database
• Develop and cultivate positive relationship with clinic staff and interpreters
• Work closely with Operations Director to keep an up-to-date interpreter and client record
• Handle multiple phone lines for company divisions
• General office duties
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in call centers or customer service handling phone calls
• Some college education- Preferred
• Able to type at least 50 WPM
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pleasant, customer-oriented personality a must
