We are excited to have Deaf Celebration 2017 Expo again this year!!
Hurry while Space Available…. We anticipate over 1,500+ attendees this year.
Booth fee:
$75.00 (Non-Profit Organization¹)
$125.00 (For-Profit Organization)
This is an extra charge of $10.00, which for an electric outlet. First come First serve!
Booth description is below²
Please attach brochures, photos, detailed drawings or any information about your product(s) and booth as it appears while in operation. This application is your window to a professional and complete presentation.
* All photos become the property of the Deaf Celebration 2017
* Only fully completed applications with full payment will be confirmed.
* All applications with payment must be postmarked no later than 8/31/2017.
* Set up the booth between 7:00 a.m. & 9:00 a.m.; breakdown at 4:00 p.m.
* A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of check or money order.
* Food Sales are not permitted.
* Balloons are not permitted.
* ¹ Non-Profit Organizations are required to show proof of 501c3.
* ² Booth is one (1) 5’-long table, and two (2) folding chairs. (Pending)
Registration forms submitted after the due date will be considered late and awarded based on booth availability.
