Narrative:
This workshop will focus on the CPC Tenet 5.0- “Respect for Colleagues.” We will discuss working in teams, prepping for assignments, collaborating with subs and students of the profession, giving/receiving feedback, how to handle working with someone who breaches the CPC.

Learning Objectives:
-Learning to be a supportive team (dealing with both positive and negative behaviors)
-Learning to give and accept feedback, distinguishing the differences for criticism/for growth
-practice collaboration with colleagues for information sharing, prepping for classes, and working with sub interpreters/students of the profession who are outside of the normal team
-Apply the CPC Tenet 5.0 to certain scenarios (with some having intended breaches) and determining how to approach the offending interpreter to resolve the situation
