Menu A – Lasagna Bolognese
(Bolognese sauce, Italian sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, imported pomodorina (Italian tomato sauce)) Salad, Dessert (decadent chocolate cake)
Menu B – Carmela Chicken (roasted chicken, rigatoni, caramelized onions, mushrooms, Marsala cream sauce) Salad, Dessert (decadent chocolate cake)
