Knowing Your Rights: How to Effectively File an ADA Complaint
The ADA30 webinar series continues on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 10 a.m. with an important session on filing ADA complaints. While the ADA was passed 30 years ago, registering complaints regarding the lack of accessibility of both buildings and services remains vital. Understanding the distinction between the different titles of the ADA can be confusing, but our expert panelists will demystify the complaints process. They will discuss how to file a complaint under:
ADA Title I – Employment;
ADA Title II- Public Entities;
ADA Title III- Public Accommodations; and
Programs serving Texans through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
