Accessible Community Portal Press Release

For immediate release 06/07/22

Press release:

Due to communication barriers, people who are deaf are the last to know important information. No Barriers Communication (NoBaComm) is partnering with agencies across Texas to eliminate barriers. The Accessible Community Portal is found online and provides COVID-19 information, informational videos, and testimonials in a fully accessible format.

Go to https://acp.nobacomm.org/ to see how Deaf, blind, Deaf blind, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf disabled have access to English voice, ASL, English text and Braille accessible information. If you want to be on the Accessible Community Portal, call Francisco Ramirez at 210-590-7446 or e-mail [email protected] Funding provided by the Texas Vaccine Outreach and Education Grant Program.

This site does not give medical advice. If you are sick, you are encouraged to visit your physician or call 911 if you are having an emergency.
