Any Potential ASL Teachers in the Dallas area??
Dallas ISD is also looking for a FULL TIME AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE high school teacher. We have a certification waiver to help get you in, even if you aren’t Texas certified. You need a bachelor’s or higher, and high proficiency/ability in ASL. Full time starts at $60,000 plus bonuses (I believe a total of $5500 over two years).
This is not a remote position. It’s basically 8 am to 4 pm (give or take, you’d have to confirm with the school).
Send a resume to [email protected] and [email protected]
Time is of the essence! Thanks!
$60,000 to start for new teachers. Sign on bonuses and LOTE bonuses. We certify our own LOTE teachers in Dallas ISD.
Must have a bachelors minimum.
But they should send a resume to me (the world languages director) as well.
They MUST be authorized to work in the US and this is not a remote teaching/zoom job. It’s live, in person just like pre-pandemic.
If degree is from a non-English speaking country, must take an English proficiency test (with me. Not the TOEFL) and must have degree evaluated by a certified evaluation service.
