Auditions Open – NTPA Deaf Theatre – It’s a Wonderful Life
Auditions are open now for NTPA Deaf Theatre’s production of “It’s a Wonderful Life.” New and seasoned actors alike are invited to join us in telling this classic holiday story. Both Deaf actors and hearing actors are needed for the production.

Auditioning All ages – age 5-adult. Both Deaf and hearing actors needed.
Tuition: $99 for adults, $200 for youth under 18. Ticket Requirement: Each family will be required to sell or purchase 10 tickets to this show.
Auditions: In-person auditions, Sunday, August 13, 5-9pm. Video audition also accepted – deadline August 13, 2023. (EXTENDED to August 27th)
Audition Requirements: Prepare and memorize a one minute monologue either in ASL or voice.
Callbacks: Friday, August 27, 5-9 PM, if necessary
Rehearsals: Sundays 6:00-9:00PM, beginning September 10.
Performances: November 17-19

Synopsis: This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast.
With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve.
