Greeting TAD Members,
This is to inform you all that a Special Meeting of the Texas Association of the Deaf will be held on June 15, 2024 (Saturday) at 10am to 2pm in San Antonio, Texas. The location address is 15909 San Pedro Ave #105, San Antonio, TX 78232 and will provide a Zoom Meeting link within 2 weeks before June 15th.
We will provide lunch at noon. TAD members only and please kindly respond by May 28, 2024 who will be attending at location 15909 San Pedro Ave #105. We would like to count head of order serves.
The preparation of the meeting is to discuss the concerns of SaveTADNow-Core Team last March 23, 2024 and other concerns brought to our attention to some answers. We kindly request your presence at the meeting to share your input and insights.
Mark Apodaca will be present at the meeting as President, Norma Castillo’s parliamentarian.

Zoom Meeting: TAD members are required to register for the Zoom Meeting by using mobile, tablet, desktop, or laptop. The Zoom link will include the ballot during the meeting. TAD non-members will not be able to access Zoom Meeting and will be provided on LiveStream on Facebook page/TAD website.
You may reply to any need for accommodation in general and attend the meeting in San Antonio for head counting the food served and please email to [email protected].
We have some vacant positions opening. If you are interested in volunteering to fill some vacant positions and please contact your regional representative or at the meeting.
