Deaf Real Estate
Dear Brian,
My name is Teri Robinson. I have a cat and had request a pet deposit to be waived for my apartment due to my deafness. The landlord required a license number. Am I required to get a certified animal even though its a cat not a dog?
let me know soon
Thanks
Teri
