spinning? How do you decide what is accurate and reliable information? Over
the past 19 years a plethora of on-line and print resources have been made
available to address the requirements of the ADA, but it can be overwhelming
to decipher what is good information. Join us as we review the various
resources available and discuss the practical approach to compliance and
accommodations for people with disabilities.

Learning Objectives Significant changes made by the ADAAA to the definition
of major life activities; The pitfalls to watch for under the ADA and the
ADAAA; and The practical application of the ADAAA to employer policies and
procedures.
