FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS

If you are thinking of buying your first home but don’t know where to start
or how to cover some of the costs of purchasing a home, the Dallas County
Upfront Cost Assistance Program (UPCAP) is here for you!

If you are a first-time homebuyer and want to live in one of the 13
participating cities we cover please contact us to see if you qualify for
this FREE service. Please contact us for more information.

HOME BUYER EDUCATION

Every month we offer our free 3 part Homebuyer Seminar Series. This seminar
is for anyone who wants to purchase a home. You will receive invaluable,
up-to-date, empowering & money saving information on the entire home buying
process.

In addition to the Homebuyer Seminar Series we offer monthly one-night
classes in Credit Repair and Budgeting & Financial Literacy.
