Bookkeeping Assistant Position
I am an employer in the central Austin area and have a job opening that I’d like to circulate to the deaf community.
It is a part time bookkeeping position that can be performed at home and entirely online.
Empresario LLC is seeking a bookkeeping assistant. The position is currently an hourly, 1099-MISC contractor position.
Services desired include:
– Posting Bills,
– Uploading transactions from the bank,
– Reconciling bank accounts,
– Generating and sending reports internally, and
– Providing administrative support as needed
Empresario LLC formed in April 2015 and represents its subsidiaries as Texas’ first spirits house.
We import, manufacture and supply distilled spirits to wholesalers. Quickbooks Online experience is a must. The flexibility to grow into a larger administrative position as the company grows is preferred.
The majority of the work performed for this position can be done off site and online. It is a new position and expected to be 5 to 10 hours a week at first. $15/hour is negotiable based on experience.
