Howard Rosenblum is a Senior Attorney at Equip for Equality, Illinois’ Protection and Advocacy, and has 15 years’ experience in disability rights and special education law. Mr. Rosenblum is co-founder and Chairperson of the Midwest Center on Law and the Deaf. He received a law degree from IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law (1992) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona (1988).
