New Blackberry Customer Service for the Deaf

Message to all Sprint BlackBerry or Sprint Wireless Devices Customers:

Dear Customer,

We are following up on your BlackBerry (or other wireless device) that you bought from Sprint Relay some time ago. We hope you are enjoying it and using it to make some wireless Sprint IP calls, too.

If you have any problems with your new device, technical or billing, please contact both Alex Calogar at [email protected] or Cesar Rocha at [email protected] by email to set up an appointment for a face to face meeting through the video phone. They both are deaf subcontractors for Sprint Relay and they specialize in BlackBerry or Wireless Devices Customer Service.

Please feel free to contact them by email for any assistance you need with your BlackBerry or wireless device. This is good only for Sprint Customers.
