Position: Customer Recruiting Manager

Location: Rocklin, CA; Austin, TX; or Hackensack, NJ

Brief summary of duties:

Under the supervision of the VP of CRM/MIS, the Customer Recruiting
Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing
communication and customer contact. Through effective communication,
the Manager is responsible for the recruiting, training, supervision
and retention of HOVRS Customer Recruiting Representatives. The
manager will build and maintain positive relationships with Deaf and
Hard of Hearing communities, including but not limited the following:
business, schools, government, and community-based organizations. The
ideal candidate assumes a leadership role in a team-oriented
atmosphere. Follow up with respective team members on work
performance. May be assigned other responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

1 – 3 years experience in a deadline-driven, professional marketing
or sales environment
Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications or related area, or
equivalent experience required
Must be self motivated, have excellent organizational skills and be
a creative problem solver
This position requires excellent organizational, project management,
communications, sales, and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing multiple projects under strict deadlines is
mandatory
Work history in telecommunication and/or sales
Knowledge of relay telecommunication and sales concepts, principles,
and practices
Experience working with budgets and relationship marketing highly
desired
Must be willing and able to travel often and sometime on short
notice
Proficiency in ASL communication is required
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
