As our website says, Sign Shares is the nation’s oldest and best
provider of sign language interpreting services. We’re unique in that
we don’t just send interpreters to our clients; we first take the time
to understand your organization’s special needs, protocols, service
levels required for effective communication, budgetary and risk
management issues. Sign Shares consists of a great group of people
who come together as a team to provide our unique solutions, and
implement them in your environment.
Sign Shares is proud to announce the newest member of our team,
Interpreter Coordinator Andrew Spaulding.
Balancing the expectations of our clients and the needs of our
Interpreters, the coordinator is one of the keys to our successes here
at Sign Shares. Andrew has big shoes to fill, but we trust he is more
than capable. Andrew comes to us with several years of business
management experience with a focus on customer satisfaction, as well
as a personal connection to the Deaf community. We trust that he will
balance all of these experiences and contribute to your organization’s
continued successes, as well as that of Sign Shares.
Andrew replaces Tami Silvara, who will be moving on.
I’m certain you will like Andrew. He is a real go-getter and his
“people IQ” is very high. More than anything, we look forward to his
contributions in the customer satisfaction arena. But as Andrew grows
in this position, there will be a learning curve. We ask that you be
patient with us as we go through this process, and that you provide
continued feedback to us, as we help him grow.
