4th Annual McKinney Deaf Club Picnic
Please, Come and Have FUN!!
When: June 9, 2012 Rain or Shine
Where:
Towne Lake Park
1405 Wilson Creek Pkwy
McKinney, Texas 75070
Exit 39 then follow our signs to the picnic shelter
Note: There will be signs set up near the park for anyone to find and
follow to our picnic site.
Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Cost:
$5.00 a plate per adult with one free drink (soda or water)
$3.00 a plate per kid with one free drink (soda or water)
If you want to buy more drinks, it will cost $1.00 per person
Lunch will be served – Hot dogs or hamburgers, Pork Beans, Chips and
drinks
Bring: Please bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, and Sunscreen
Bring your family and friends
Raffles: We will sell the raffle tickets at our admission table or seek
out of our officers to purchase them. It is a $5.00 per ticket and we
will give away four cool prizes at the picnic at 2 p.m. when we
announce the winners. Please come and buy raffle tickets.
Activities: Moonwalker, Face painting, Games and Crafts for the
children
For Adult Activities – they can bring their own games to play if they
like to.
There will be several booths to advertise at our picnic. SorensonVRS,
ZVRS and others will show their products. Please come and meet them
for more information or to ask technical questions.
For those people who are attending the picnic, they will wear blue
waistband that they already paid for the lunch. Please keep it on if
you are planning to attend the social night as it will be your free
admission to get in. If no waistband, you will be prompted to pay the
social night admission.

McKinney, Texas 75070
Time: 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.
We will start the first table shuffleboard tournament this coming
Saturday and we will host it on every month when McKDC hosts a social
night. If interested, you can join to play the shuffleboard tournament
to win money prizes. The entry fee will be announced at the clubhouse.
Please come and join to have fun.
If you want to become a member , you can join as a single membership
only for $10.00 per year or family membership only for $15.00 per
year. Please ask for the membership form in person or you can obtain
one from our McKDC website.
Membership form can be found on http://www.mckinneydeafclub.org
under “Membership” page or you can fill out in person at the McKDC
clubhouse (VFW) during the general meeting or social night. Thank you.
