TSID’s 50th Annual Conference 2013
Texas Society of Interpreters for the Deaf (TSID), in recognition that in 2013 it will be 50 years young in 2013, is offering a complimentary 2012 – 2013 membership to interested persons (hearing/deaf/certified/pre-certified/student alilke).

There are SIGs (Special Interest Group) which can join on-line as well. Some have no membership dues, so do. The complimentary membership does NOT extend to SIGs if there is a fee.
TSID’s 50th Annual Conference will be this June at the InterContinental Hotel in North Dallas/Addison. Dallas is where Rudy Gamblin was able to gather 30 interested persons (deaf and hearing) from around Texas in establishing the FIRST professional organization for interpreters for deaf/hard of hearing. Student Conference is June 19th and 20th and the regular TSID Conference is June 20th – 23rd.
