There are others who have been on this journey. Let them walk with you. Last week we learned that there are some complicating factors to our grief when there is a traumatic experience. Participants discussed practical ways to overcome flashbacks and nightmares. We also talked about the tragedies of suicide and murder, how to comfort with truth from God’s word. Even if this was not the participant’s experience, they learned valuable information and awareness to help others with sensitivity. Most importantly we all learned and discussed about the power of our thought life to help remind us of God’s promises and comfort.

Participants will continue to consider their own unique grief journey with the workbook exercises that help them explore practical ways to build a positive thought life.

This week we will look at ways to avoid being STUCK in grief.
…how to prevent getting stuck in grief
…common misconceptions that hinder healing
…why your path to healing isn’t always smooth

PLEASE NOTE: It doesn’t matter if your loss was recent or several years ago. And you can start attending GriefShare at any time.
