Deaf and Hard of Hearing Friends and Family: If you are in a disaster area and need help — please remember Text-to-911 is NOT everywhere! If you try to text in an area without Text-to-911, you will get a bounce-back message. You will need to call using a TTY or Relay Service. Also, watch the news because some areas are providing special phone to call numbers that may be set up to receive text.
