The Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program (STAP) in Beaumont, Texas is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented STAP Specialist to join our team in Golden Triangle Region!
As a STAP Specialist, you will:
- Assist individuals with disabilities in applying for equipment and services that improve their access to phone communication.
- Conduct outreach efforts to educate and serve the Golden Triangle/Beaumont Region community about STAP and its services.
- Evaluate and certify qualifying disabilities.
- Provide guidance on the various devices and services available through STAP.
- Submit completed applications to the HHSC Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services.
