Research Participants Wanted: Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Adults
AZCare is inviting Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing adults across the U.S. to participate in a voluntary research pilot for AZCall, an AI phone assistant that helps handle everyday phone tasks, including navigating automated menus, waiting on hold, and scheduling appointments.
Participants will have the opportunity to try AZCall for free, share feedback about what works and what doesn’t, and take part in a 20–30-minute conversation about their phone communication experiences.
Participation is free and voluntary, and feedback will help guide future accessibility improvements.
