Special Announcement!
Following is the agenda for the Fort Worth Human Relations Commission Meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, beginning at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the Pre-Council Chamber on the 2nd Floor of the Fort Worth City Hall located at 1000 Throckmorton Street in Fort Worth, Texas. Please contact Tracy Bancroft Lasseter at 817-392-8988 to arrangement accommodations as soon as possible.
Also, keep in mind that you are welcomed to address the Commission about concerns and suggestions during the Citizen Presentations. All you need to do to participate in the Citizen Presentations is to complete a short form at the beginning of the meeting. Information presented during the Citizen Presentations becomes part of the meeting minutes. Rather than share suggestions and concerns after the meeting with Commissioners, it is best to present them during Citizen Presentations to make them a matter of record.
As it is often said during our meetings, you are our neighbors, and we value your participation and input. We look forward to seeing you at the Human Relations Commission meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Please contact Tracy Bancroft Lasseter to arrange accommodations as soon as possible.
