Join us all in Albuquerque for the 2014 Southwest Conference on Disability, October 7 -10, 2014 during the forty-third International Balloon Fiesta. The conference is soliciting proposals on the following themes:

* Life After a Brain Injury: Pathways to Increasing Quality of Life
* Increasing the Quality of Life of Youth in Transition: Breaking Down Barriers

As of 2013 The Southwest Conference has Moved To the Hotel Albuquerque in Old Town, Albuquerque’s Original Settlement!
In 2013, the Southwest Conference moved to the Hotel Albuquerque, in the heart of Old Town, Albuquerque’s original settlement dating from 1706. The response to the change in venue from conference attendees was overwhelmingly positive. So if you weren’t able to join us last year, come check out the new venue at the 2014 conference. Step outside the doors of the hotel into Old Town. Buy fine silver and jewelry from Native American vendors, or take a historic walking or trolley tour of Old Town, including the nightly lantern-lit Ghost Tour!
